We created this pillow cover in collaboration with another Hudson Valley maker, Salt Still. We started with vintage cotton ticking cloth, then dyed it with natural walnut, cutch and two shades of indigo dye. Then this bold abstract patchwork was created, combined with a light weight denim back with an invisible zipper to remove for laundering. It's a true statement piece from two artists who celebrate heritage textiles and turning them into new modern pieces for the home.
